The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited feature warranty on each subsystem except stated any other way, and on the whole machine. Shortages by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly accessible.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The included service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period elseways your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. This is to say, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to any point a specialist offers a service at your premises. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation and traveling costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you. If you would choose for us to come to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office as well as your establishment.Those costs may change point by instant without notice, so generously enquire about call out and traveling costs in advance.If you just want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or would like to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optically, our service plan is here for you. No costs will be assigned for the experts we provide. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or intense labour function to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits.We supply basic and/or full training courses at our training centre for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved but first primary entry courses is included in your machine purchase.A particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze therefore you will evermore be able to,in any form and at any moment, check the machinery's warranty data and assistance history on our site or while disconnected. Our machinery's guarantee and service are valued by us using the barcode. Supreme benefit are insured on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
