The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only provide restricted characteristic warranty if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily available upon demand.
The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The included service plan contains general cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Check for this reason you will regularly be able to,in any manner and at any time, check the machines assurance information and maintenance history on our website or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and service. Maximum benefit are secured on both the selling and service of your machines.
