The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined characteristic warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unfit components shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Standard ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as general cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and void should you not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equal of double that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a technician provides a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out charge, transport costs to your premises including settlement if necessary, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. The existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our place and your establishment, should you choose for us to travel to you.Attentively inquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of time as those fees may change time by time without notice.If you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to find out if the machinery is set to work optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No costs will be assigned for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an different or further maintenance or spares restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Bookings should be made for reconstruction or intense labour operate to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.Our training centre offers principal and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell.
