The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined feature guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including defective material shortages are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon request.Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. Checking and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months, you should get your machine rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each and every time extent a technician supplies a service at your premises. Except for when approved by the company or included by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee.
