The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. Standard ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is vital that your machine(s) is fixed within the equal of twice that period, should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our branch and your premises, should you choose for us to go to you.Those charges may change time by instant without notice, so attentively inquire about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time.Our service plan is perfect for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment, or if you want to know if the machine is fitted to work optically. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our specialist if an back-up or further assistance or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings must be made for adjustments or hard labour function to be carried out at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.Fundamental and/or full training courses are held through our warehouse for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment, although more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been accomplished.A individual barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Review accordingly you will always be able to,in any way and at any term, check the machinery's warranty data and service history on our database or offline. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
