Quality Warranty: For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only supply confined quality guarantee unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship and defective material defects are covered by the quality warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our responsibility. Accordingly aforementioned would not be covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly accessible.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period elseways your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each and every time extent a specialist offers a service at your premises. Lest accepted by the company or included by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out cost, transport costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to work optically. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to provide you with advice on whether an back-up or further servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. During sustainment visits no reconstruction or hard labour operate will be carried out and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We offer principal and/or complete training courses through our premises for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, however more advanced training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

Thus your machines warranty data and servicing history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any time on our database or while logged off. We honour our machinery's assurance and service by using the barcode. Ultimate comfort are insured on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: The above tender concerns our brand new model, therefore the highlights, specifications and accessories are suitable thereto. Our sales representatives can be called about any questions of the age model recited. In the event that we do not have the advanced model obtainable, you would be entitled to pocket up to 5% exemption on the elder model, based on lower execution or insignificant layout. The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto.
