The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, and any subsystem except stated differently. Weaknesses by cause of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We aren't at fault for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless arranged by managers or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your property as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee.
