The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined feature warranty on each subsystem unless stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unfit equipment weaknesses are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not liable for common wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly available on request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Investigation and positioning, general cleaning , as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. A Call-out points to to each and every time point a technician provides a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be charged except when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, transport costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account.
