The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined trait warranty on any subsystem unless stated differently, as well as on the entire machine. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out charge, transport costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. If you would wish for us to come to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our premises including your place.Those costs may vary extent by time without notice, so generously analyze about call out and touring costs beforehand.Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the machine is fitted to work optimally. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an back-up or further service or spare parts replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings have to be made for reconstruction or excessive labour function to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.Our training centre offers principal and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been finished but first principal entry courses is included in your machinery investment.With all our mainline of machinery's a individual barcode is sold. Thus your machines warranty data and servicing history will evermore be able to be checked in any style and at any time on our webpage or while logged off.
