Quality Warranty: We provide bounded characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, including any subsystem lest stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We would not be held at fault for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon request, quotations are immediately accessible.

Service Plan: Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. Reviewing and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or confirmed by the the company. At the point of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as traveling costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. No costs will apply for the experts we provide. Our specialist will be able to advise if everything is normal or whether an different or additional servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed. During preservation visits no adjustments or intense labour work will be completed and bookings should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our warehouse offers fundamental and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, but more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
