The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only supply restricted attribute guarantee except stated elseways. The attribute guarantee covers errors by reason of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We are not accountable for common wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily available on demand.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan encloses common cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as everyday decrement replacement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, or else your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you must get your machine serviced in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except when confirmed by the company or covered by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your establishment including settlement if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost.
