Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

It is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a service is offered at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Travel costs to your place including settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. The technicians necessary arrangements to be done to get picked up as well as sent back, are suggested to be done by you. When obtaining your machinery, first principal entry courses is combined in your purchase, however more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Check therefore you will always be able to,in any form and at any moment, analyze the machinery's warranty information and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and maintenance. This insures your maximum advantage on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
