The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply constrained quality guarantee on each subsystem if not stated any other way, and on the whole machinery. Errors as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Definitely, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Basic depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as basic cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and not viable if you do not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician offers a service at your place. A call-out fee will be requested lest the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Settlement as well as travel costs to your property, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your premises.Those fees may differ point by point without notice, so attentively inquire about call out as well as touring costs beforehand.If you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to know if the appliance is fitted to function optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our specialist if an back-up or further maintenance or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no improvements or hard labour work will be practised during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest availability.We supply basic and/or overall training courses via our premises for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been achieved but first basic entry courses is included in your machine investment.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will for this reason constantly be able to review the machine's warranty info and service history on our site or offline - in any manner and at any term. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximal advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machines.

You will be designated to collect a 5% remission on prior models , depending on insignificant completion or lesser composition in which case we don't have the newest model vacant.
