The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited feature guarantee on the entire machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated elseways. The characteristic guarantee covers errors by cause of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship We shall not be held accountable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Definitely, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equal of twice that period. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.

Check accordingly you will regularly be able to,in any form and at any time, analyze the machinery's warranty data and maintenance history on our webpage or offline. Our machinery's guarantee and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum convenience on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
