The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We supply limited feature guarantee on the entire machine, including each subsystem except stated any other way. Shortages as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our responsibility. Basic depletion replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service warranty will be useless and ineffective. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a specialist provides a service at your establishment.
