The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer confined attribute guarantee if not stated otherwise. Defects due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon appeal.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Investigation and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be invalid and void. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machinery improved within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your place as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. The technicians required arrangements to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be carried out by you. The existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our place and your premises, should you prefer for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may change extent by time, hence generously inquire about call out as well as travel costs ahead of timeIf you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or would like to know if the machine is fitted to function optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. You will therefore always be able to analyze the machine's guarantee information and service history on our webpage or while logged off - in any style and at any time. We honour our machines assurance and assistance by using the barcode. This insures your ultimate convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
