The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded attribute guarantee on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem except stated otherwise. Shortages as a result of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of general cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as common depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period elseways your service warranty will be null and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.

The specialists required plans to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are chosen to be done by you. You will accordingly regularly be able to review the machine's warranty information and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any manner and at any moment. We value our machinery's guarantee and service by using the barcode. This protects your supreme convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
