The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined attribute guarantee on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated differently. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We would not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your component. Therefore aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be promptly available upon demand.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as everyday ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or confirmed by the management. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.In addition to the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises as well as settlement if required, are on your account. The technicians required plans to be done to get picked up as well as sent back, are recommend to be done by you. If you would wish for us to go to you, the current rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our workshop including your place.Kindly inquire about call out as well as touring costs in advance as those fees may differ time by time without notice.If you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the specialist we supply. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or hard labour function will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our premises offers primary and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed although first primary entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Review for this reason you will regularly be able to,in any form and at any moment, check the machines assurance report and service history on our site or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and service. Ultimate comfort are secured on both the selling and service of your machines.
