The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined quality warranty on each subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship and defective equipment shortages are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly available.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. General wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are covered in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, elseways your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your establishment and settlement if necessary, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the current percentage multiplied by the driving distance between your place including our warehouse, should you recommend for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may vary point by time, accordingly generously seek an answer about call out and touring costs in advanceIf you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or want to find out if the machine is set to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an alternative or further assistance or spare parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Reservations have to be made for adjustments or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be completed during maintenance visits.Principal and/or comprehensive training courses are provided via our training facility for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, however more improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been achieved.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Thus your machines assurance data and servicing history will always be able to be checked in any form and at any term on our webpage or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. This insures your maximal benefit on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
Seeing that the tender above involves our newest model, the highlights, specifications and accessories are suited thereto.
