The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited attribute warranty on each subsystem except stated any other way, and on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty components defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Thus aforementioned would not be covered by our guarantee. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly vacant.The machinery you are going to purchase needs a routine service. The included service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equal of dual that period elseways your service warranty will be useless and void. No costs will apply for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an different or additional assistance or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. During preservation visits no adjustments or hard labour work will be carried out and reservations can be made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.We provide principal and/or full training courses via our warehouse for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the principal course has been completed.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will thus constantly be able to check the machinery's assurance report and servicing history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any time. Our machinery's warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. Ultimate convenience are secured on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
