The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded trait guarantee on any subsystem if not stated elseways, including on the entire machine. The attribute guarantee covers errors by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held liable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The concealed service plan contains everyday cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as common depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you must get your machine improved within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account. The specialists necessary adjustments to be done to get picked up and sent back, are chosen to be made by you. The current rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our office and your premises, should you desire for us to travel to you.Those costs may differ point by point without notice, so attentively enquire about call out as well as touring costs beforehand.If you would choose to find out whether the machine is fitted to operate optically, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our assistance plan is here for you. You will therefore regularly be able to review the machine's warranty data and maintenance history on our site or while disconnected - in any way and at any moment. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and maintenance. Supreme benefit are secured on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
