The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited quality guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem except stated otherwise. Defects due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our constraint. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Reviewing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as general decrement restoration at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is rectified in the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machine rectified within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each time a specialist provides a service at your property. Unless confirmed by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days. costs to your establishment and settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you. If you would wish for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our premises and your place.Those fees may change point by instant without notice, so attentively inquire about call out including travel costs ahead of time.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to work optimally.
