The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated elseways. Shortages due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. Basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by the company or concealed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including touring costs to your premises, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if crucial. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you.
