The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted feature warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be readily available upon request.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan contains everyday cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service period, elseways your service warranty will be useless and ineffective. Meaning, you must get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation and transport costs to your property, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The technicians necessary arrangements to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be made by you. The prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our workshop as well as your property, should you prefer for us to go to you.Attentively inquire about call out including transport costs ahead of time as those fees may change instant by extent without notice.Whether you would prefer to know whether the machinery is set to function optimally, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our service plan is here for you. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, nevertheless more promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will thus always be able to analyze the machinery's guarantee information and maintenance history on our webpage or while logged off - in any form and at any time. Our machines assurance and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
