This machine is not designed to cut or engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty. Quality Warranty: We offer restricted characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem if not stated any other way. Shortages as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Therefore aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be promptly vacant upon appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a routine service. Basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as general cleaning are covered in the service plan. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: When a service is offered at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or accepted by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your premises including settlement if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or would like to know if the appliance is set to function optimally, our service plan is perfect for you. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to supply you with advice on if an alternative or other assistance or spare parts replacement is needed or if everything is normal. Sadly, no improvements or hard labour operate will be practised during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Primary and/or full training courses are held at our training centre for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase, however more advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A individual barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will for this reason always be able to check the machinery's assurance data and maintenance history on our site or while logged off - in any way and at any term. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
