Quality Warranty: We supply constrained attribute guarantee on any subsystem except stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. Defects by cause of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not responsible for general wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately accessible.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to purchase requires a regular service. The covered service plan contains basic cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each and every time time a specialist offers a service at your premises. Except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, traveling costs to your establishment as well as settlement if essential, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would prefer to know if the appliance is fitted to work optically, or you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or whether an alternative or other maintenance or spare parts replacement is needed. Unfortunately, no adjustments or intense labour function will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We provide principal and/or full training courses at our premises for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase, although more improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been passed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

Review therefore you will always be able to,in any style and at any time, check the machines warranty data and service history on our database or while disconnected. Our machines warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme benefit on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the tender above is in regarding to our advanced model, the features, specifications and accessories are applicable thereto.
