The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only offer confined trait warranty except stated elseways. Anytime a technician provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the prevailing rate increased by the traveling distance between your property and our office, should you desire for us to travel to you.Those charges may change point by time without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out and transport costs beforehand.If you would choose to know if the machine is set to function optimally, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to recommend if everything is normal or whether an different or further maintenance or service parts restoration is needed. Reservations must be made for repairs or hard labour work to be carried out at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.Our premises offers primary and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.A unique barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery.
