The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply limited quality warranty on the whole machine, and each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Errors due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our fault. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Of course, damages that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. The concealed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as common depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each time a technician supplies a service at your place. A call-out fee will be required except when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or arranged by the management. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your property as well as settlement if essential, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be made by you.
