This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer constrained attribute guarantee unless stated otherwise. The characteristic guarantee covers defects due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon request, quotations are promptly available.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. Basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machine(s) is fixed within the equal of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void. A Call-out refers to each instant a technician provides a service at your property. When buying your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, but more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been completed.A individual barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will accordingly regularly be able to review the machinery's warranty info and servicing history on our database or offline - in any style and at any term. We honour our machines warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. This ensures your supreme benefit on both the service and resell of your machines.
