The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give bounded characteristic guarantee on any subsystem except stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Defects as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our fault. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery you are going to buy compels a routine service. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery improved in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Unless arranged by managers or concealed by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement including traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, although more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been passed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode.
