Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted attribute guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, along with on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship and defective material weaknesses are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Checking and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. For this reason your machines guarantee report and maintenance history will always be able to be checked in any form and at any time on our website or while logged off. Our machinery's guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
