Quality Warranty: We provide limited characteristic guarantee on the whole machine, and each subsystem if not stated any other way. Defects by reason of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your component. Therefore aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly accessible.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to purchase compels a regular service. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or confirmed by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement including travel costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if required. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment or would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optically, our service plan is here for you. No fees will apply for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to recommend if everything is in order or whether an different or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed. Unfortunately, no repairs or intense labour work will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

When obtaining your machinery, first primary entry courses is included in your purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
