Quality Warranty: For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply limited characteristic guarantee if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly vacant on inquiry.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan contains common cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as basic ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost. It is required that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machine serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if crucial. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would choose to know whether the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our service plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or if an back-up or further maintenance or spares replacement is needed. Regretfully, no improvements or excessive labour work will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or extensive training courses are offered via our training centre for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been passed however first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

You will thus constantly be able to analyze the machine's guarantee information and maintenance history on our database or while logged off - in any form and at any instant. Our machines warranty and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate benefit on both the selling and service of your machinery's. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
