Weaknesses by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your component. It is necessary that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a technician offers a service at your establishment. Lest accepted by management or covered by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation. costs to your property as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost.
