This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide confined quality warranty if not stated otherwise. The quality warranty covers defects as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately accessible upon request.The machine(s) you are going to buy compels a routine service. The enclosed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimum cost. Therefore your machines assurance data and service history will always be able to be checked in any form and at any term on our site or offline.
