However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide limited quality guarantee on the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated differently. The trait warranty covers shortages by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our constraint. Accordingly aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on request.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as general decrement restoration at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equal of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a technician offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or accepted by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Along with the call-out cost, touring costs to your property and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. There is no cost for the technician we supply. Regrettably, no repairs or hard labour function will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability.Our training facility offers primary and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First primary entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, although more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will for this reason constantly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance information and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any style and at any term. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and maintenance. This protects your supreme advantage on both the selling and service of your machines.
