The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide restricted feature warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the whole machine. Errors by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on inquiry.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Everyday decrement replacement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement including touring costs to your property, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. When obtaining your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your purchase, but more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly always be able to review the machinery's guarantee report and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any way and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and assistance. This secures your maximum benefit on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
