However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, as well as any subsystem, we only provide constrained attribute warranty except stated differently. Whenever a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each of the above plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account.
