The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship as well as unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the characteristic warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any point a technician supplies a service at your premises. Lest the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement including traveling costs to your place, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The specialists required plans to be made to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be made by you. More improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed although first basic entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Accordingly your machinery's warranty report and servicing history will evermore be able to be checked in any way and at any moment on our webpage or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and maintenance. This protects your supreme comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
