This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

This is to say, you should get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each instant a technician provides a service at your property. A call-out cost will be requested unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation and traveling costs to your place, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing rate increased by the traveling distance between your establishment and our workshop, should you desire for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may change time by extent, accordingly generously enquire about call out and touring costs in advanceIf you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to know if the appliance is set to function optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. More improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved however first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine investment.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. Check accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any form and at any time, analyze the machinery's guarantee report and service history on our site or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and service. This ensures your maximal comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
