The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide bounded quality warranty on the whole machine, along with any subsystem except stated elseways. The characteristic guarantee covers shortages as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your component. Therefore aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a routine service. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as common cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not rectified within the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machine rectified in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.

By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and servicing. Maximum comfort are protected on both the selling and service of your machines.
