The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation and traveling costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if crucial. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office as well as your property.Those costs may differ time by point without notice, so kindly seek an answer about call out and travel costs ahead of time.If you would choose to find out if the appliance is set to work optically, or you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our service plan is suited for you.
