Value guarantee for all competent spares and accessories sold, will be presented in which case the spare parts and accessories are used on our machines and put together by our specialist or under our experts's supervision. In which case service parts or accessories have been constructed into 3rd party machinery or put together without our consent, the value warranty will be void unless when approved by managers.
Diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment installation is costless for machinery sold by us. Our experts will certify that your machines is completely functional and well tested after the new service parts or associated equipment have been put together. We may choose to give technical advice online or send a technician to provide technical support for other companies machines. Regrettably, we can't, when concerning other companies machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely recommends or proposes a redundant reinstatement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, including for brand new or spare spare or components, we will provide you with a full refund once the client send the spare or accessories back in its initial condition.
A labour fee will not be requested would you wish that we come to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be requested if relevant. Plans are required to be made by the buyer for the specialist to be picked up and sent back. The current percentage payable, should you choose for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office and your premises.
