No costs be requested for diagnosis and new spares or associated equipment installation for machinery obtained from us. After the new service parts or accessories has been installed, our experts will certify that your machinery is fully operational and well certified. Sending a technician to supply technical support, or remotely supplying technical advice may be preferred when in relation to other companies machines. We cannot however, oath which steps (if any) can be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians relating to 3rd party machines.
If our specialist remotely advises or proposes a extra replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for unused or extra spare or associated equipment, we will present you with a complete remuneration once the client send the spare or components back in its initial state.
Should you choose that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if crucial.
