The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, and each subsystem except stated elseways. Shortages by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as general cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not fixed within the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machine improved within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a technician offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or confirmed by the management. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accommodation including travel costs to your establishment, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be done by you. The prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our premises including your establishment, should you choose for us to travel to you.Without notice, those fees may vary point by point, hence generously enquire about call out as well as traveling costs beforehandIf you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or would like to find out if the machine is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to advise if everything is normal or whether an alternative or additional maintenance or service parts reinstatement is needed. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or intense labour function to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be completed during servicing visits.Our training centre offers primary and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Therefore your machinery's assurance information and maintenance history will regularly be able to be checked in any style and at any time on our webpage or while disconnected. We value our machinery's assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. Supreme comfort are insured on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
The above quotation relates to our recent model, therefore the focus points, details and additions are suited thereto. Our sales representatives can be contacted regarding any questions of the period model quoted. In the incident that we do not have the brand new model available, you would be entitled to receive up to 5% discount on the elder model, depending on lower execution or lesser design.
