The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted quality warranty on each subsystem unless stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Errors by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your component. Thus aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on request.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a routine service. Common depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as general cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and void should you not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equal of double that period. This is to say, you have to get your machinery serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician supplies a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out.
