The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained feature warranty on each subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship and faulty components shortages are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. Reviewing and calibration, common cleaning , as well as common depletion replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is improved within the equal of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except when approved by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, touring costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account. The experts necessary arrangements to be made to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the current percentage increased by the driving distance between your place including our warehouse, should you recommend for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may vary time by instant, for this reason beneficially enquire about call out including travel costs beforehandOur service plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to function optimally. No costs will be assigned for the experts we supply. Our experts will be able to provide you with advice on whether an alternative or additional servicing or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regretfully, no repairs or hard labour function will be carried out during a sustainment visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience.Our warehouse offers principal and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been finished but first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will therefore constantly be able to check the machine's guarantee report and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any form and at any term. We honour our machinery's guarantee and service by using the barcode. Ultimate benefit are ensured on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
