The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated otherwise, and on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship and faulty components weaknesses are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on appeal.The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a regular service. Investigation and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as common decrement replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a service is offered at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and transport costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our branch including your premises, should you desire for us to travel to you.Those charges may differ extent by extent without notice, so generously inquire about call out and travel costs in advance.If you would prefer to know if the machinery is fitted to work optimally, or you simply would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to advise whether everything is in order or whether an alternative or further service or spare reinstatement is needed. Reservations should be made for adjustments or intense labour operate to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.Primary and/or complete training courses are held through our training facility for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine investment, but more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will thus regularly be able to review the machine's assurance info and service history on our database or while logged off - in any manner and at any instant. We value our machines assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This protects your maximum advantage on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
