Quality Warranty: We give confined feature warranty on the whole machinery, and each subsystem unless stated differently. Shortages due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Thus aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on appeal.

Service Plan: Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Common ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and arrangement as well as general cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment including accommodation if essential, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would like to find out whether the machinery is set to function optimally, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, our service plan is here for you. No costs will apply for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or additional assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. During sustainment visits no repairs or intense labour operate will be practised and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost.
