Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded quality warranty on any subsystem except stated any other way, including on the entire machine. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. The included service plan consists of basic cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as common decrement restoration at a minimal cost.
